Run/manage project from start to finish. Manage Nashville Construction team. Oversee subcontractors and full construction project on a daily basis. Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods. Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with owners, architects, consulting engineers and other parties related to the project. Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project. Ground up construction experience required. Experience with multifamily and hospitality is a plus. 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a construction project manager. Experience running a project from start to finish. What's On Offer
