Our Large Healthcare Client is seeking a seasoned
Workday Project Manager
with a strong background in Workday Time & Attendance, HR/Payroll, and HCM modules, specifically within a healthcare and M&A context. This fully remote position will support enterprise-wide integration and optimization initiatives and will likely report directly to the Enterprise Program Leader. Position Type:

Through May 1, 2026 Key Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Time & Attendance, HR/Payroll, and HCM implementations. At least 5 years of experience supporting Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) within the healthcare industry. 3+ years of experience with related tools and platforms including Riskonnect, PolicyTech, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). A minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow, preferably in a healthcare setting. PMP certification is not required; proven experience and execution are prioritized. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. A collaborative and pragmatic work style aligned with "Midwest personality traits" (i.e., reliable, grounded, and team-oriented). Required Skill Sets: Workday HR Workday Payroll Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Effective problem-solving and cross-functional team leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead Workday implementation and optimization projects across the organization. Manage full lifecycle Workday module implementations, including Time & Attendance, HR, and Payroll. Oversee M&A integration efforts, particularly involving Workday and ServiceNow. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise HR technology solutions. Coordinate vendor relationships and manage deliverables as needed. Drive process improvement initiatives within HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping domains. Seniority level
