This role will play a key part in managing software development projects and optimizing IT, Finance, Operations and Compliance directives across global teams. As a core member of the team, you will work closely with both business and technology stakeholders, driving project execution, defining requirements, and overseeing the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of experience in project management and business analysis within a hedge fund, high-frequency trading firm or similar buyside financial firm Deep understanding of Front Office Markets technology, SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks , and end-to-end project coordination Proven ability to manage trading technology and post-trade infrastructure Hands-on experience with JIRA, Excel, Confluence, and cloud-based technologies Strong communication skills, with a proactive and detail-focused approach Feel free to apply or reach out at if you have relevant experience.
