We are seeking a Project Manager - Control Systems to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mission-critical service projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of critical service projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. Allocate and optimize resources across multi-branch service teams to maximize efficiency. Oversee administrative coordination to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project budgets, profitability, and efficiency, ensuring financial performance targets are met. Develop and maintain comprehensive project reports, providing regular updates to leadership. Ensure detailed documentation and compliance with factory requirements to mitigate risks. Implement best practices for project execution and management to drive continuous improvement. Act as the primary liaison between factory representatives, contractors, and clients. Coordinate seamless project handoffs between sales and service teams, ensuring smooth transitions. Education & Experience Requirements Experience: 2+ years in project management or a related role. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience considered). Industry Knowledge: Experience in electrical, construction, or control systems preferred. Certifications: PMP certification is highly desirable. Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee service-based projects. Technical & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, optimize workflows, and drive process improvements. Software Proficiency: Strong experience with project management tools and software.
