Traveling Superintendent And Project Manager
Lead all on-site field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage daily site activities, subcontractors, safety enforcement, and construction schedules. Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Keep detailed site documentation including logs, reports, and inspections. Communicate proactively with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project flow. Own the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through close-out. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies. Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Handle contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation efficiently. Drive quality assurance, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery of critical infrastructure.
