Superintendent - Multifamily - Raleigh, NC
The Superintendent - Multifamily - Raleigh, NC will be responsible for: Supporting the Senior Superintendent while leading day-to-day site operations Managing Assistant Supers and subcontractor performance Driving field execution on a 270-unit, 5-story multifamily project (garden, podium, courtyard) Coordinating inspections, quality control, logistics, and scheduling using Procore Enforcing safety standards and leading jobsite meetings Collaborating closely with the PM and construction leadership teams MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Superintendent - Multifamily - Raleigh, NC will have: 5-10+ years of ground-up multifamily construction experience (preferably podium or garden style) Proven ability to lead project field teams and run jobs under a Senior Superintendent Proficiency in Procore, site scheduling, field reporting, and coordination A detail- and safety-focused leadership style Desire to join a growing regional team within a national firm The Superintendent - Multifamily - Raleigh, NC will receive: Competitive base salary up to $160K Annual and project-based bonuses $600/month vehicle allowance $200-$300 monthly tech allowance (cell/laptop) Full healthcare benefits, 401K, and PTO Opportunity to contribute to a major Raleigh project and grow with a national builder
