This role will partner with leadership to direct a global department that is responsible for establishing, facilitating, and maintaining workflow and communication between Creative, cross functional and regional partners. Oversee the briefing, creative development, shoot/post production and delivery of all 360 deliverables for all Collections, Kits and Collaborations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manage the Packaging workstream
Creative point of contact for Product Development, Marketing, Packaging & Global Supply Chain teams
Partner with Creative Packaging team and manage workload & timelines (includes weekly status and meetings)
Bi?weekly packaging cross?functional attendance & agenda updates for bi?weekly leadership packaging meeting
End?to?End Program Management
Continuously maintain/update Creative status report/project trackers
Create/update/maintain project timelines within Wrike platform forall seasonal programs to ensure we're tracking towards major milestones and clearly communicate and escalate timing risks
Understanding of brand's marketing calendar, understanding when briefs are due, driving timeline with marketing and reviewing all briefs to ensure strategy is clear and necessary content is included prior to creative teams being briefed
For 1?3 star programs, drive concept development and 360 ideation with creative and cross functional teams to get to shoot with Director support as needed
Partner closely with the creative team ensuring they clearly understand project priorities, marketing objectives and timing implications
Partner closely with cross?functional teams to receive creative requests, while facilitating and maintaining effective communication from brief to asset delivery
Manage pre?production and shoot prep in partnership with Art Production
Build shot list
Ensure regional and cross?functional inputs are accounted for
Manage post production, providing creative and cross?functional teams timelines and asset deliveries
Partner with marketing and relevant cross functional teams to drive CRQ briefing and next steps
Partner with production to develop/recalibrate timelines as needed, continuously communicating updates to cross functional teams and regional partners
Ability to provide solution oriented next steps if assets are delayed and deadlines may be missed
Manage creative and cross?functional teams on asset deliveries
Qualifications
Position requires 5+ years relevant work experience in a creative environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage complex 360 programs across an array of creative channels.
Ability to self?manage time and work both independently and in partnership with team and manage assigned projects under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
