We are seeking a licensed professional counselor (LPC) or licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) to support our growing group practice in Bartlett, TN. Role Overview:
Schedule: Monday to Friday (4-day work week) Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in short-term units Complete documentation at home using provided iPad or laptop within 48 hours of patient interactions Key Responsibilities:
Perform assessments and conduct therapy sessions Collaborate with facility staff to improve patient care Ensure timely and accurate documentation Requirements:
Hold a valid full license as either an LPC or LMHC Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required Compensation:
Estimated salary range of $56,000 to $68,000 with no cap on productivity income potential. Note: We are unable to hire licensed clinical social workers for this position. Benefits:
