PracticeLink Happier Living is a national telehealth practice providing outpatient behavioral healthcare to individuals, couples, and families in over 30 states. Established in 2011 by a dedicated psychiatrist and led by a team of experienced clinicians, our primary mission is to expand access to the highest quality care.
At Happier Living we believe that the highest quality behavioral healthcare is built upon a strong foundation of psychotherapy. All clinicians in our practice--Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, Clinical Psychologists and Licensed Therapists--conduct 40-minute weekly recurring sessions, affording them the time and space to cultivate profound therapeutic alliances with each and every client.
Supported by a robust administrative team and seasoned clinical leadership, our clinicians benefit from the support of a national practice group while serving a small roster of self-motivated, low-acuity clients.
Key Benefits We Offer Our Psychiatrists
Practice Psychotherapy: Our primary service is a long-term therapeutic relationship. A majority of your clients will only be seeking talk-therapy through 40-minute weekly recurring sessions. Remote-based Telehealth: Enjoy the comfort of working from your home or private office. Smallest Client Roster: Weekly recurring appointments offer the smallest roster of low-acuity, self-motivated clients dealing primarily with depression or anxiety. Collegial Atmosphere: Both our Therapy and our Medical Case Conferences, along with opportunities to collaborate with our PMHNPs, offer time to meet with your colleagues. Share insights about approaches to care while discussing specific client needs. Work/Life Balance: Our investments in technology allow you to complete your notes and send in labs or prescriptions during your sessions. Excellent Compensation: Guaranteed base compensation simply for being available to provide care, coupled with a generous incentive plan.
Psychiatrist
As a Psychiatrist at Happier Living, your primary focus will be on cultivating long-term therapeutic relationships with your clients through weekly 40-minute sessions. Our dedicated national practice group provides extensive support, handling client scheduling, billing, and more. This allows you to concentrate on what you do best—providing exceptional care to your clients.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) ABPN Board Certification or within 3 years of residency completion DEA registration Proficiency in providing evidence-based psychotherapy Experience with Zoom, EMR systems, and ePrescribing Participation in weekly 40-minute Case Conferences Provide Collaboration for PMHNPs
