We offer Psychiatrists: Sign-On Bonus Flexible Schedules, Full-Time & Part-Time W2 positions Strong Work/Life balance Outpatient Practice with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends Generous "above market" compensation + Uncapped Earnings Multidisciplinary Team and Collegial work environment Additional Compensation for collaboration with Mid-Level Providers Full Administrative Support, handling Scheduling & Billing Latest in Digital Technology 100% Malpractice Insurance Coverage Full Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Life, Disability, 401k (+match) Annual Income Potential: $380,100 to $436,300+ We’re seeking: Psychiatrists fully licensed in Virginia, BE/BC, Unencumbered License & DEA Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations Experienced in medication management and therapy Position Details
