AIM Consulting Services is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Public Service Program Scheduler to join our project management team. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and optimize program schedules for complex construction projects, including large-scale educational and public works. The ideal candidate is proficient in Primavera software, experienced in Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build environments, and thrives in fast-paced, multi-project settings. Key Responsibilities
Create and manage program schedules for various construction projects, incorporating milestones, logic, constraints, and resources.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely, accurate schedule updates and perform QA/QC on data submissions.
Apply industry best practices to proactively identify and resolve scheduling issues.
Generate 'what-if' scenario schedules for complex, multi-year initiatives.
Provide reports and analyses to support leadership decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of professional scheduling experience with an Owner or General Contractor.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 (v19.12 or newer) and Microsoft Office.
Experience with Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build methods.
Strong collaboration, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
