This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for someone who wants to build smart automation tools that make sales, marketing, and customer success teams run smoother and faster. Think of this person as the "engineer of efficiency"automating manual work, integrating AI into day-to-day tools, and building systems that help everyone do their job better. If you're the kind of person who likes connecting apps like Salesforce and HubSpot with tools like Zapier or n8n, loves using AI to solve real-world problems, and wants to work in a fast-paced environment with lots of ownership. Must have Python scripting and proven experience incorporating AI Ambient Agent experience. General Overview: The Python / GTM Engineer will architect and implement automation workflows that integrate AI with GTM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot to improve sales, marketing, and customer success processes. They'll build custom automation solutions using n8n, Zapier, and other tools that go beyond what traditional SaaS products offer. Critical Skills/Technologies: Python Scripting AI Ambient Agent experience Workflow automation tools: n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat) AI model integration API development/integration Data visualization/reporting (e.g., dashboards, pipeline analytics) Desired Skills/Technologies: HubSpot, Outreach, Gainsight, ZoomInfo Predictive analytics Experience with B2B SaaS or manufacturing ops Salesforce Admin Certification (preferred) Experience/Degree/Certifications Required: 3+ years in Revenue Ops, Business Ops, or Sales Ops Salesforce Service Cloud expert Proven hands-on experience with workflow automation and complex systems integration Strong understanding of AI and how to use it for business process improvement Salesforce Admin Certification (preferred) Bachelor's Degree Team: Cross-functional team alignment with sales, marketing, and customer success Reports into leadership team Fast-paced, startup-style culture valuing innovation and agility Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
