Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Manual Tester to join our Capital Markets QA team. This role focuses on testing Fixed Income Sales and Trading applications, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of systems that support front-office trading, order management, pricing, and risk. You will work closely with developers and business analysts from different regions to validate complex workflows and ensure high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced financial environment.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze business and functional requirements related to fixed income sales and trading workflows. Design, document, and execute comprehensive manual test cases for front-office applications. Perform end-to-end testing of trade lifecycle events. Validate pricing, risk, and P&L calculations for various fixed income instruments. Conduct regression and new feature testing. Log, track, and retest defects using JIRA. Collaborate with developers, Client, and QA automation engineers to ensure test coverage and quality. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing, capital markets or investment banking. Strong understanding of Fixed Income products and trade lifecycle. Experience testing Sales & Trading platforms and/or risk systems. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Understanding of front-office trading desks and real-time systems.
