We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated QNXT Project Manager to lead the implementation of QNXT 6.0 R3, the latest version of QNXT. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in QNXT system architecture, configuration, and deployment, along with prior experience supporting California Dual-Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP). This role requires strong project management capabilities, cross-functional leadership, and a keen understanding of healthcare payer operations. What You Will Do:
Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of QNXT 6.0 R3, ensuring successful deployment within defined timelines and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to align on requirements, deliverables, and timelines. Oversee project scope, change management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure configuration and integration align with business needs. Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and executive updates. Ensure all implementation activities comply with regulatory and quality standards, including CMS guidelines for D-SNP programs in California. Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT to support QNXT enhancements, testing, training, and go-live readiness. Support knowledge transfer and training for operational teams post-implementation. What You Will Bring:
Extensive hands-on experience with QNXT (ideally 5+ years), including implementation and upgrade projects specifically with version 6.0 R3 or similar. Strong knowledge of managed care operations, including claims processing, provider data, eligibility/enrollment, and encounter submissions within QNXT. Direct experience with QNXT Claims implementation is required. Experience with Optum CES and PPM implementation is required. Previous experience supporting California D-SNP programs is highly preferred. Proven experience managing large-scale healthcare technology projects, preferably in a payer or MCO environment. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. About Impresiv Health:
