Salary:
$117,385 USD annually What You’ll Do
Supervise a team of
10–15 Compliance Analysts
(EDD, AML, SAR filing, transaction monitoring). Monitor team KPIs and quality, support vendor operations, and drive process improvements. Act as a
subject matter expert
in BSA/AML, compliance monitoring, and regulatory obligations. Partner with internal stakeholders (Financial Crimes, Compliance leadership) to
execute Coinbase’s AML program . Promote a strong
“culture of compliance”
and customer-first mentality. What They’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree
or
3+ years in compliance
(preferably in AML/BSA domains). 2–3+ years
of
supervisory or leadership
experience. Strong working knowledge of
BSA, OFAC, FinCEN , and general financial regulatory guidelines. Excellent communicator, with experience in
change management and cross-functional leadership . Comfortable navigating
ambiguous, fast-paced environments
and using multiple systems. ACAMS certification
or similar compliance credential. Familiarity with
Coinbase products
or similar fintech/crypto platforms. Experience with
project management
or frameworks like
Scrum, Agile, or Lean 6 Sigma . Advanced Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) proficiency. Staff Blockchain Security Architect -- United States
