Job Title: Program Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours/wk
Scheduled Hours: Monday-Friday 7am to 3:30pm (hours may vary)

About The Program:
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and coordination of the Putnam Pathways Contingency Management Program, a structured behavioral health initiative aimed at supporting individuals with chronic stimulant use through evidence-based reinforcement strategies. The primary objective of the role is to ensure smooth delivery of program services, enhance participant engagement and retention, and ensure accurate documentation and incentive distribution throughout the program period.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides case consultation, direction and leadership within the team.
- Ensures clients receive services that are focused on presenting problems and clients' request for treatment.
- Directs crisis intervention efforts and intervenes as required.
- Monitors client meetings, admission, continued stay and discharge criteria.
- Reviews caseloads regularly to ensure appropriate utilization of services.
- Oversees hiring, training, and performance management of staff within the program.
- Facilitates team meetings.
- Participates in internal and external meetings as needed by program and agency.
- Ensures client, program and agency documentation is completed in a timely manner and according to program, agency, funder and accreditation/licensing standards.
- Acts as primary point person for program and provides back up coverage as needed by program and agency.
- Ensures proper maintenance of vehicles/if applicable.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in mental health related field. Associate's degree with experience may be substituted for education.
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years' experience providing direct services in a mental health related field. Supervisory experience preferred but not required.
Training: Experience in related program service preferred

Compensation*: $56,797/minimum, and up commensurate upon experience
*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based off of relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
