A Fellowship Life Premiere Community Position: RN MDS Coordinator Location: Whiting, NJ Pines Village, a Continuing Care Retirement Community nestled in the heart of Whiting, NJ, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RN MDS Coordinator to join our compassionate and professional team. Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate effective communication and discharge planning. Utilize EHR systems to manage medical records and track patient progress. Provide education and support to patients and families regarding care options and resources.
