(AFSS), a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, provides systems engineering, software engineering, system integration, and project management services for real-time, mission-critical defense systems. AFSS is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO, to support the Ground Based Radar Maintenance and Sustainment Service (GMASS) program. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, deliver, and deploy configuration-managed updates to GMASS systems without impacting mission performance and while maximizing operational availability and cybersecurity. Design and implement IT systems integrating diverse and complex components. Define operational requirements, including system integration, architecture, configuration, and cost analysis. Provide detailed solutions for capacity, facility, data storage, backup, monitoring, and access management. Required Qualifications:
Technical experience supporting mission system support systems. Bachelor's degree with 5+ years, Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with no required experience. Active Secret clearance. Security+ CE certification. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Upgraded Early Warning Radar (UEWR) System and Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attach Characterization Systems (PARCS). Additional Information:
