Company Name: BCG Attorney Search A law firm is seeking a Senior Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney for their San Jose location. The ideal candidate should possess significant broad-based commercial real estate finance experience, with 21 years of relevant experience. The attorney will play a crucial role in advising clients on various aspects of commercial real estate finance transactions. Will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support to clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and facilitating successful real estate finance deals. Duties: Provide legal advice and support on commercial real estate finance matters. Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents, including loan agreements, mortgages, and security agreements. Conduct due diligence investigations and review title documents. Assist clients in structuring real estate finance transactions. Collaborate with other attorneys and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes. Handle closings and ensure all necessary documentation is properly executed. Requirements: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the State Bar. 21 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Strong understanding of real estate finance transactions and related legal principles. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the State Bar. Skills: Broad-based commercial real estate finance experience.
