Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answering phones/greet visitors Notify Residents of upcoming events Keep record of all event flyers and/or important information Make copies when needed Assist Administrative Assistant when needed Ensure smooth communication with residents and timely resolution of needs or concern Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival Create Monthly Calendar of Events
