Eide Chrysler currently has an opening for Part-Time Receptionist. The candidate will spend each day in Reception. An example of your weekly schedule would be: Monday-Friday: 4:30pm-7pm, and every other Saturday 9am-5pm. Some job responsibilities are listed below:
Responsibilities:
- Answer dealership group phones.
- Greet and receive prospects and customers.
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a salesperson.
- Work cooperatively with the sales and service team.
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.
Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills.
- Outgoing and positive demeanor.
- Professional presentation.
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility.
- A professional appearance.
