Position Overview: As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for business development and relationship management within your territory, supporting various client types including independent advisors and pension funds. This role involves sales activities, client engagement, and team collaboration to expand Dimensional's investment solutions.
Location: Candidates with strong networks may be hired in Northern California, Oregon, New York, New Jersey, Washington, or Chicago. Hybrid schedules are available in Austin, Santa Monica, and Charlotte.
Salary Range: $155,000 - $185,000, plus bonuses, depending on credentials, experience, and location.
Qualifications: Knowledge of investments, capital markets, and asset allocation; excellent business development skills; client-centric approach; licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 63/66) required within 12 weeks of hire.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and client relationships within your territory.
- Develop new and maintain existing client relationships.
- Present investment capabilities and theory to clients and at industry events.
- Collaborate with team members and promote the Dimensional brand.
- Grow revenues, AUM, and client base.
Ideal Candidate: Motivated, entrepreneurial, relationship builder, and results-driven with a passion for investment solutions. A background in asset management is preferred, but not mandatory if willing to demonstrate interest and aptitude.
