to sit in
Atlanta, GA . As a Regional General Manager, you will lead the hospitality commercial organization, driving strategy and growth for the Onity and Incomm product lines. This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively communicate and influence stakeholders to improve customer experience and deepen relationships. Own the regional P&L for the hospitality commercial organization and deliver on top-line revenue. Develop and execute strategies to enhance market demand for Onity and Incomm product lines. Lead a high-performing team, focusing on talent development and retention. Set and execute business strategies with a focus on growth and new customer acquisition. Drive a strong commercial operating system across the team. Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide updates and proposals to executive leadership. Develop relationships with customers across functions and hierarchy. Conduct strategic business discussions and negotiate deals at the executive level. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching for growth. Qualifications
You must have: 8+ years of leadership experience in business management or sales within hospitality. Experience in hospitality industry sectors like hotels, casinos, resorts, or cruise lines. Experience with connected solutions related to hospitality (building management, access solutions, lock controls). Strong financial acumen, including P&L, cash flow, and working capital knowledge. People management experience. Proven track record of growth and financial performance for product lines. Experience in strategic planning to drive market growth. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Experience managing sales teams. Background in building automation or related industries. We value: Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or related field. Extensive management experience with P&L responsibility. Strong tactical and strategic skills to motivate teams. Industry experience in hospitality technology solutions is highly desired. About Us
