Job Summary
The Regional Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing warehouse processes. This role will assist in the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives in the business. This role is responsible for the development and performance of a team.
SALARY RANGE:
$130,000.00 - $140,000.00 annually (companywide)

You are immediately 100% vested in all contributions (including BNB match). We provide both traditional (pre-tax) and Roth (post-tax) contribution options. We are proud to be an employee-owned company. This means you get an ownership stake in BNB through a benefit called an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). It's 100% company-funded and is invested in BNBuilders stock. You can participate in this long-term plan after you complete 1 year of service (with at least 1,000 hours). Vehicle/vehicle allowance, fuel card, and toll pass.
Job Responsibilities
Lead multiple Grizzly locations and streamline processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Support strategic initiative planning and execution. Assist business leaders in the development and communication of specific operational initiatives that will drive the overall business strategy. Manage and review performance of warehouse teams relative to established plans and take corrective steps to achieve them as needed. Develop Warehouse Associate and Driver communication skills. Coach Warehouse Managers in the creation and implementation of their individual development plans. Review assigned regions Profit and Loss Reports and adjust strategy accordingly. Review quarterly P & L statements with warehouse teams and provide feedback. Initiate, manage and execute strategic supply chain initiatives. Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes. Collaborate cross functionally to provide quality, seamless customer service.
Qualifications
7 + years’ experience managing supply chain or warehouse operations 5+ years’ experience managing staff Demonstrated ability to effectively plan and allocate resources. Excellent written and oral communication skills across all levels of the organization. Strong experience with process mapping and continuous improvement Proven track record of developing, implementing and utilizing process and procedures. Demonstrated ability to coordinate resources to meet internal business objectives and customer expectations. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills. Demonstrated successful application of managerial and supervisory skills. Demonstrated skills or knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis skills. Demonstrated problem solving skills and dealing with ambiguity. Strong analytical and mathematical ability. Ability to operate a computer and supporting software packages. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to effectively implement change. Ability to facilitate meetings and lead teams. Ability to effectively manage conflict. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, communicate, reach and manipulate objects, tools or controls. The position requires mobility. Duties involve moving materials weighing up to 10 pounds on a regular basis and up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 50% of the work period while operating equipment such as computer keyboard, mouse, calculator and similar machines.
