We’re looking for a Commercial Real Estate Lender who thrives on cradle-to-grave ownership of deals from sourcing to structuring, closing, and servicing. If you're passionate about building lasting client relationships and managing the full life cycle of each loan with strategic insight and accountability, you'll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
Own an existing commercial real estate loan portfolio and grow it. We allow our lenders to manage the loan process from start to finish, every step is yours to lead. Evaluate borrowers' creditworthiness and real estate collateral with a risk-aware, data-driven approach. Structure, negotiate, and close complex CRE deals with confidence and precision. Ensure documentation is airtight and fully compliant with regulations and internal policies. Monitor risk profiles and recommend modifications or restructuring as needed. Present key updates and loan requests to the Executive Loan Committee. Cultivate and grow your client base through proactive business development and relationship management.

This role is @Flex-our hybrid model based out of Kansas City, MO giving you the freedom to work both in-office and remotely.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, or related field (required) 5–7 years of experience in commercial lending, financial analysis, and credit risk Proven ability to manage the entire lending process independently Strong command of lending regulations, compliance, and financial statement analysis Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel mastery a plus) Communicate with clarity and professionalism across all levels Balance big-picture strategy with attention to detail Love juggling multiple priorities with confidence and ease
