About this Position: Job Title: Project Manager (W2 & USC Only) Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Required Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience managing IT projects. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience with government IT projects. Experience managing teams of software developers. PMP certification preferred. Required Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence). Knowledge of SDLC processes. Experience with government compliance requirements. Budget and resource management expertise. Key Responsibilities: Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules and plans. Coordinate team activities and resource allocation. Prepare and deliver Monthly Status Reports. Manage project risks and issues. Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Lead Phase-In/Phase-Out activities. Oversee EQP compliance and documentation. Manage backlog and coordinate release planning. Note: For H-1B and OPT cases, we are seeking candidates from recognised organizations.
