Compensation:
Competitive Salary ($120k-160k+) & Strong Bonuses
Benefits
Unlimited PTO Remote Flexibility Emphasis on keeping lower busy season hours (MAX 50-55/week) Off-Season Hours only ~35-40 hours/week (Summer Fridays Off)

What We Are Looking For
Active CPA Previous Supervising/Management Exp. Minimum 5-7+ years of Public Accounting & Audit/Assurance Exp. Strong experience handling Financial Statement Audits (from start to finish) Experience with clients in relevant industries (Manufacturing, Distribution, Non-Profit, Technology, Professional Services, etc.)
