We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Senior Finance Analyst
with 4–5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting background, strong technical knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP, and fluency in English. This is a unique opportunity to join a company operating in a fast-paced, international environment with a strong focus on performance and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and record vendor invoices and employee expense reports in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices. Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure data integrity across financial systems. Handle bank reconciliations and support cash flow tracking. Support audit preparation by gathering documentation and maintaining orderly financial records. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. Provide ad hoc support on financial projects and system/process improvements.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 4–5 years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in a Big Four firm Hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes Proficient in Excel and experience with ERP systems. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
