Senior Business Analyst - Procurement (Contract) - Hybrid in Madison, Wisconsin. Apply now for this opportunity at Carex! Carex is partnering with a biotech industry partner to find a strategic and collaborative Senior Business Analyst to lead transformational procurement initiatives and systems across the enterprise. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in source-to-pay processes, business systems design, stakeholder engagement, and change enablement. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional projects in regulated industries and will bring a continuous improvement mindset to every aspect of their work. More on that topic here: What You’ll Do Lead and manage cross-functional procurement programs that support the full source-to-pay lifecycle and drive enterprise-wide process improvements. Analyze and enhance procurement business processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Design, configure, and maintain business systems and platforms to align with evolving operational needs. Serve as a subject matter expert on procurement transformation, enablement strategies, and change management. Develop and maintain governance materials including policies, SOPs, training content, and performance dashboards. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective system design and process solutions. Lead the design and deployment of training programs using learning management systems. Support the development and reporting of KPIs, ESG metrics, and advanced analytics to track initiative outcomes. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business systems and related processes. Manage or support project leadership to ensure timely and effective delivery of initiatives. Communicate clearly with stakeholders on progress, risks, and timelines. Promote a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement. Remove barriers that hinder team execution and drive results that demonstrate tangible business impact. Create high-quality presentations and materials that clearly convey strategy and program value. Uphold organizational values of accountability, integrity, quality, and teamwork in all aspects of work. Comply with the company’s Quality Management System and maintain reliable attendance. Travel up to 10% as needed and express a willingness to relocate to Madison, WI if offered a full-time opportunity. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or enablement roles. 2+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or ERP systems. Familiarity with contract management, supplier management, and contingent labor systems. 1+ years of experience in data analytics and dashboard reporting. 1+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects or programs. 1+ years of experience designing and deploying training programs. Experience working within regulated industries such as healthcare, pharma, or finance. Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Coupa or similar eProcurement platforms. CPSM or other relevant procurement certification. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. PMP or equivalent project management certification. Experience with Agile frameworks and methodologies. Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau. Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, training content, and operational playbooks. Coupa platform certifications and experience with business process modeling.
