Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Real Estate, including residential and commercial transactions. A background in Estate Planning is a plus. The Associate Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys to provide high-quality legal services to our clients while contributing to the growth and success of our firm. Responsibilities Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues. Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts. Represent clients in court proceedings and during negotiations. Assist in estate planning processes by preparing wills and trusts. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and litigation strategies. Maintain accurate records of case files and documentation within the law office. Utilize Westlaw for legal research and case management. Skills Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Estate Planning. Proficient in legal research tools such as Westlaw. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
