We are seeking an experienced and passionate
Restaurant General Manager
to lead our well-established, guest-focused fine dining restaurant. Our company puts
guests and team members first , rewarding loyalty, hard work, and a dedication to hospitality excellence.
As the General Manager, you will serve as both a
brand ambassador
and a
hands-on leader , ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience while nurturing a culture of respect, consistency, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
Be the face of the restaurant and “mayor” of the dining room, engaging guests and building lasting relationships Lead and support a tenured, professional staff Ensure the highest standards of fine dining service, cleanliness, and hospitality Manage day-to-day restaurant operations with attention to detail and excellence Train and mentor staff to uphold our service and culinary standards Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations
Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a fine dining or upscale casual concept Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; hands-on and guest-centric management style Deep knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations Current ServSafe and TIPS certifications (or willingness to obtain) Passion for food, hospitality, and developing people
