. About the Role
Nooks is is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to continue building and running our best-in-class RevOps function. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of RevOps you will optimize, scale and partner closely with GTM teams on crafting and bringing strategies to life. The Revenue Operations Analyst will be a key contributor to optimizing our revenue engine, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive data-driven insights and operational efficiency. This role combines analytical expertise with strategic thinking to identify growth opportunities, streamline processes, and ensure our go-to-market teams have the tools and insights needed to exceed revenue targets. This role offers excellent exposure to all aspects of the revenue engine and provides a clear path for growth into senior revenue operations positions. Data Analysis & Reporting Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards tracking key revenue metrics
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for revenue growth
Generate weekly/monthly reports for leadership highlighting performance against targets with actionable insights
Develop models and forecasts to support strategic planning and resource allocation
Revenue Process Optimization Continually improve the customer journey via new automations, workflows, and rep support
Support territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling initiatives
Analyze performance by segment, product, and rep to optimize resource allocation
CRM & Tech Stack Management Maintain data hygiene and integrity within HubSpot (in partnership with our GTM Systems Admin)
Configure and optimize CRM workflows, automation rules, and reporting structures
Serve as the go-to expert for Sales and CS tech troubleshooting, rules of engagement, and daily operations
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with marketing to track lead quality, attribution, and campaign ROI
Work with customer success to analyze retention, expansion, and churn metrics
Collaborate with finance on revenue recognition, forecasting, and commission calculations
Strategic Initiatives Lead special projects to drive operational improvements across the revenue organization
Develop and document best practices, playbooks, and standard operating procedures
Identify opportunities for process automation to reduce manual work and improve accuracy
Performance Enablement Create self-service reporting tools empowering teams to access real-time insights
Partner with revenue enablement to ensure reps have data-driven coaching and resources
Monitor adoption of new initiatives and iterate based on feedback and results
Who You Are
A strong background in Enterprise SaaS RevOps with 3+ years of experience
Builder with a strong bias for action and measurable impact — you create scalable programs that drive results
Strategic problem-solver — you turn ambiguity into insight, bring a clear point of view, and are open to being challenged
Empathetic toward reps — invested in their success throughout the sales cycle
Strong analytical skills — confident building complex models and running your own analysis
Exceptional communicator — clear, concise, and persuasive in presentations, meetings, and written comms
Proficient in HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Clay, forecasting tools, and workflow infrastructure — hands-on when needed, and capable of guiding the team

In compliance with pay transparency laws and in pursuit of pay equity and fairness, we publish salary ranges for our open roles. The target salary range for this role is $100,000-$145,000. On top of this, we offer equity, generous perks, and comprehensive benefits. This Role Is Based in:
