Join Our Team as a Right of Way Project Manager Make a Lasting Impact on Transportation Projects!
Are you an experienced Right of Way professional ready to lead high-profile highway and transportation projects? Were seeking a dynamic ROW Project Manager to oversee all stages of complex infrastructure developments, including property acquisition, relocation assistance, property management, and regulatory compliance.
This is a long-term, full-time, hybrid position based in the greater Atlanta metro area.
Responsibilities
- Manage ROW projects from planning through acquisition and closeout, coordinating with DOTs and local agencies.
- Lead a team of ROW professionals and collaborate with engineers, surveyors, legal counsel, and others.
- Review plans, parcel maps, legal descriptions, and estimates for accuracy.
- Handle property negotiations, relocations, and eminent domain processes in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables for timely execution.
- Maintain documentation and reporting standards.
- Serve as the main contact for clients, property owners, and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in related fields or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of right of way project management experience, especially in highway or transportation projects.
- Knowledge of GDOT procedures, federal regulations, and transportation workflows.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and legal property documents.
- Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- SR/WA certification or progress toward it.
- Experience with GDOT and FHWA-funded projects.
- Knowledge of GIS and document control platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges from $75k to $125k annually, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include flexible time off, health insurance, 401(k), professional development, wellness programs, and more.
