Location: Chantilly, VA
Job type: Internship (Part-time - 20 to 30 hours a week)
The 2025-2026 Fall/Winter Internship begins Tuesday, September 2, 2025 and ends on Friday, February 13, 2026.
Responsibilities:
- The intern will perform general Human Resource tasks and research HR matters as requested
- Rigil Training and LMS platform implementation/management
- Assist with benefits administration, wellness program, and employee relations
- Assist with recruitment, sourcing, and formatting resumes
- HR Analysis
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
- Prepare and develop documents in MS Office, presentations with PowerPoint, and spreadsheets with Excel
- Handle confidential HR related information
- Data entry and Research
- Other special projects as requested
- Pursing Bachelors or Masters degree in related discipline or 1 year demonstrated experience in school work, internships, or jobs
- Prior experience in Human Resources is required
- General HR knowledge and coursework experience
- Familiar with database systems and common HR applications
- Experience with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams
- Solid organization skills and attention to detail
- Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time wisely
