Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for our global technology clients Air Cargo division working onsite in Erlanger, KY.
Job Title:
Supply Chain Analyst - Air Cargo Operations Pay: $ 29 - 31.50 / hr (Based on experience) Schedule:
Friday - Monday , 9am to 7pm Location:
Erlanger, KY 41018 Contract Duration: 11 months, possible extension
Responsibilities: Monitor flights in Amazon's AIR network Track daily cargo shipments throughout the Amazon's AIR network, identify errors at sites, and develop corrective solutions to implement Confirm shipment bookings for customers and audit reservations against internal Amazon systems Communicate with sites on upcoming shipments and provide updates to customers when required. Identify shipping trends between customers to streamline capacity adjustments and maximize Amazon package attainment Develop and recommend contingency plans for disrupted shipments to improve customer service and experience Create shipment orders for invoicing and Finance departments
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Logistics or /Supply Chain/Operations discipline Basic Logical and Problem-Solving skills Basic analytical abilities Conceptual understanding of systems and processes Previous Customer Service experience
