Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Luxury Brand Ambassador located in Arlington, VA. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for promoting the Audi brand, providing exceptional customer service, and building brand awareness. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, offering test drives, maintaining the showroom, and ensuring each customer has a positive experience. The role also involves staying knowledgeable about Audi's latest models and features, coordinating with the sales team, and representing Audi Arlington at various events.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Excellent Communication Skills Experience in Customer Service and Brand Ambassadorship Ability to enhance Brand Awareness Proficiency in managing customer relationships and engaging with clientele Passion for luxury automobiles and the Audi brand Previous experience in automotive sales or luxury brands is a must! Ability to work full-time on-site in Arlington, VA
