We are seeking a proactive SAP Technical Senior to join our SuccessFactors team. You will focus on developing user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablets, creating software components, and ensuring business requirements are met through effective coding. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, advise on SAP SuccessFactors capabilities, gather requirements, conduct tests, and design functional solutions. Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, you will also handle configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure final deliverables meet their needs. Design and develop user interfaces that enhance user experience. Write clean, maintainable code and create supporting specifications. Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed. Establish relationships with client personnel at various levels. Regular travel may be required to meet with clients, providing direct engagement opportunities. Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4-year). 2-4 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors. Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and time management solutions. Willingness to travel 40-60%. Preferred Attributes
Prior consulting experience or deep functional expertise. SAP SuccessFactors certifications. Experience with full-cycle implementations and workforce time solutions. What We Offer
