Our SAP Supply Chain professionals deliver strategic solutions to transform supply chain operations, improving cost, efficiency, quality, and effectiveness. As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Your Key Responsibilities You will manage and deliver complex processes and solutions, focusing on quality and risk management. Your responsibilities include: Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships. Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met. Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements. Skills And Attributes For Success To succeed, you need a blend of technical and interpersonal skills, including: Leading large-scale sales pursuits across relevant sectors. Identifying and generating new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines and client needs. Building long-term client relationships across sectors, including at CXO levels. Developing market insights and creating a robust pipeline. Driving large SAP pursuits using an integrated sales framework. Leading and motivating diverse sales teams, providing feedback and coaching. Leading SAP client engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Demonstrating SAP solution expertise and strong business acumen. Delivering high-quality client services, monitoring progress, managing risks, and communicating effectively. Having strong technical skills in application design and business requirements. Analyzing and mapping technology cost-benefit scenarios. Possessing expertise in system configuration and business architecture frameworks. Excellent communication skills for influencing and negotiating. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred. At least 15 years of relevant experience. Over 10 years of experience leading SAP sales initiatives in relevant sectors. Proven ability to build SAP market presence and pipeline. Minimum 10 years in SAP Supply Chain management programs. Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills. Experience managing SAP projects and teams. Knowledge of SAP Supply Chain best practices and benchmarking. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues. Willingness to travel 40-60% as needed. Preferred Experience Consulting industry experience. Leading SAP Supply Chain sales initiatives. Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations, especially SAP Supply Chain modules. Knowledge of SAP integrations with IBP, MES, and QM. Understanding manufacturing operations and product lifecycle management.
