Responsibilities As an IT Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for the administration and maintenance of our SAP planning systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and optimal performance. You will play a critical role in assisting our planning operations and driving continuous improvement in our systems and processes. You will report directly to our IT Director, and you'll work out of our Morris Plains location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by:
- Overseeing the setup, maintenance, and performance optimization of planning systems such as SAP APO, DP, SNP and Kinaxis
Make sure to apply quickly in order to maximise your chances of being considered for an interview Read the complete job description below. - Monitoring the performance of our systems, identifying and resolving technical issues - Product allocation technical objects(APO BW PSA, DSO, Info Cube, Planning Area, Planning Book), product allocation CVC and allocation assignment realignment, order scheduling and relevant condition records, backorder processing, process chain scheduling, APO security roles, temporary quantity assignment - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements - Ensuring robust system security and compliance with established protocols - Documenting system configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and standardization KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee the setup, maintenance, and performance optimization of planning systems • Monitor the performance of our systems, identifying and resolving technical issues • Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades and enhancements • Ensure robust system security and compliance with established protocols • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and standardization
YOU MUST HAVE • 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SCM applications includes APO, DP, SNP, Kinaxis • Proficiency in SCM applications, with a proven track record of accomplishments • S/4 is a plus • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Industry-recognized certifications in systems administration or network management • Previous experience in cloud-based systems administration • A strong insight into cybersecurity ethics and best practices • Familiarity with virtualization technologies • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to guide system upgrade initiatives
This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

The annual base salary range for this position is $143,000-$179,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
