Maintain relevant product and customer master data including Export Control Classification Number (ECCN)Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification and D5 Headquarter customer restrictions.
Maintain multi-regional legal regulations in GTS E4H.
Audit GTS E4H to ensure system integrity
Monthly/Quarter End APAC support
Support U.S. Automated Export System integration in GTS E4H for US Exports
Develop enhanced reports for analytics
What we need to see: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in related field
Demonstrate strong use and working knowledge of SAP GTS and ECC, Hana S4 areas
Knowledge of product classification (HS-Code / ECCN)
Advanced understanding of BIS EAR and other export control regulations
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe and Salesforce
Ways to stand out from the crowd: Ability to work cross functionally with Legal, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Tax/Finance, and IT departments to achieve our business and compliance objectives.
Learn quickly, organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment; manage day-to-day activities independently and with minimal direction; strong communication (verbal and written), attention to detail and time management skills.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 84,000 USD - 143,750 USD.
