Were hiring a Business Analyst to support accounting and finance-driven initiatives within our technology team. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, data, and systems.

If you have experience with the Nortridge Loan System (NLS) and a background in SQL and basic accounting or finance, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and tech stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements for accounting/finance-related technology projects
• Leverage your understanding of NLS to evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Conduct cost-benefit and variance analysis, and assist with budget/forecast impact assessments
• Facilitate cross-functional communication through presentations, visual reporting, and insights sharing
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure solution alignment
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Support ongoing learning, system improvements, and documentation

Requirements:

• Experience with Nortridge Loan System (NLS) this is a must
• Background or exposure to basic accounting and/or finance concepts
• Hands-on ability to use SQL for querying and reporting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical processes into business language
