Job Title: SAP OTC AnalysJob Duration: 2+ months with possible extensionJob LOcation: 100% Remote Pay range: $65-91/hour on W2Job Description: Summary:The OTC Senior Business Systems Analyst will support the S4 HANA finance system and integration withother SAP modules i.e. PRM, GM, Finance, and other auxiliary systems Icertis (CLM) within EPRI'ssystem landscape. This role will support, lead, deliver the newly delivered S4 HANA solution andparticipate in all phases of implementation of new projects, enhancements, fixes, and upgrades in thespecific functional area.This is a highly visible functional position that requires the knowledge and hands-on support experienceof enterprise-level application, system configuration, and administration across an enterprise. Key Responsibilities:•Post Go-Live support in the areas of SD, BRIM, SOM, CC, CI and EMS. Participate in defects triageand resolution. Analyze and replicate production issues, propose resolution, and manage each ticketuntil the solution is deployed to the production system.•Update functional design specification, perform system configuration, work with developers to walk-through the required changes, create test plans, perform unit/integration/regression testing systemfunctionalities. Perform quality assurance review with integration team and technical teams.•Participate in division level planning activities as directed by management. This includes working onnew projects, continually identifying and supporting opportunities to improve systems and businessprocesses, project management/applications development methodology and product reviews or pilot.•Plan and lead design workshops and collaboration meetings with business to transform requirementsinto functional design specifications, business process design documents, and business processprocedures.•Work to align strategic goals with SAP technology to achieve desired business outcomes. Analyze,define, and develop SAP solutions and work collaboratively with project management, functional, andtechnical teams to ensure projects align with governance and strategic business requirements.•Design solutions, interfaces, reporting and data analysis•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of integratedsolutions.•Manage project deliverables by developing effective technology solutions. Manage project scope,analyze project metrics, and communicate with senior management and project teams.•Perform end-user training on system functionalities.Education and Experience:•Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent at least 10+-year experience configuring andimplementing solutions in SAP S4 HANA Order to Cash modules (SD, BRIM, CI, CC, EMS)•Experience in BRIM legacy conversion to SOM, integration of SOM with CC and CI.•Experience in OTC Integration with other systems such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management)and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management System)•Experience in Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) is a plus.
