We have an immediate need for a bilingual (English and Spanish) SuccessFactors consultant with expertise in the following areas: Employee Central Performance Management and Goal Management Compensation Recruiting / Career Site Builder Learning Management System Candidates must have current SF Certification/EC preferred, be willing to work in CA from May 2020 to Jan 2021, and have electronic certificates available. Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in SAP HR, covering most/all SAP HR SuccessFactors modules. Understanding of SAP integration methods (ALE/IDOC, enterprise services, MFT, PI). Experience with all phases of SAP HR projects, including analysis, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support. Ability to lead architectural development and system implementation, demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Experience with high-volume, complex data processing in both on-premise and cloud environments. Proven track record in designing effective enterprise system architectures. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact across organizational levels. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Knowledge of SAP trends and emerging technologies, with the ability to recommend best practices. Additional Details
