Description As a SCADA Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Database Analyst you play a crucial role in the upkeep and enhancement of the database for the Transmission Management System EMS. Your responsibilities encompass tasks such as analyzing SCADA points implementing database modifications using our proprietary tools and conducting point-to-point checkouts in collaboration with field technicians. Additionally you are responsible for resolving technical issues escalated by the Operational Control department and Field Commissioning resources all while adhering to predefined service level agreements. Independence and responsiveness particularly during non-business hours are imperative for success in this pivotal role. Technical Skills and Experience Hands-on experience with SCADA systems familiarity with OSI Monarch is highly desirable. Solid understanding of NERC CIP standards and compliance requirements. Working knowledge of communication protocols such as DNP3 over IP and ICCP. Proficiency in PL/SQL and scripting languages including Python and Shell scripting. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
