Position Overview As a Quantum Algorithms Lead, you will develop and evaluate quantum computing algorithms for potential applications in the insurance industry. Your work will involve problem curation, assessing benefits of scaled-up solutions based on experimental evidence, and collaborating with external industry and academic partners. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to review results and justify algorithmic solutions. Develop and explore quantum computing algorithms. Research and realize advances in quantum computing relevant areas. Analyze algorithm performance through simulations and experiments on quantum hardware. Evaluate the scalability and potential quantum advantage of algorithms. Curate relevant problems with potential for quantum advantage in insurance. Apply, adapt, and derive algorithms for curated problems. Education and Experience

Master’s Degree preferred. 7+ years of professional experience preferred. Additional Details

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities. Equivalent education and experience may be considered. #LI-TE1 Skills : Algorithms, Quantum Computing, Research Compensation : $141,800 - $219,200 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
