Selenium Automation Test Lead/ SDET . As an Automation Test Lead/ SDET, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert, reviewing the functionality of existing systems. Your responsibilities include requirement analysis, defining test strategy & design, and leading execution to ensure high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate with top industry talent to create innovative, high-quality, defect-free solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. This role promotes a learning culture emphasizing teamwork, collaboration, excellence, and diversity. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the field may substitute each year of education. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. Authorized to work in the US without employer-sponsored visa; no immigration sponsorship available for this role. Must be within commuting distance of Tampa, FL or Irving, TX, or willing to relocate. Travel may be required within the US and Canada. Minimum 4 years of software testing experience. Preferred Qualifications At least 4 years of core Java or Selenium test automation experience. Proficient in SQL query writing. Experience in data testing, including ETL, data warehouse, and data migration testing. Domain expertise in investment banking products and corporate actions. Experience with Agile methodologies. Understanding of CI/CD processes. Knowledge of test management, SDLC, and STLC processes. Additional Information The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Effective communication via telephone, email, or face-to-face is required. Travel may be necessary as per job requirements.
