Experience working with legacy code. Resume should not exceed 3 pages. Job Summary: As an SDET, you will ensure the quality and reliability of software applications built with the .NET framework. You will design, develop, and maintain test frameworks, craft automated and manual tests, and collaborate with development teams to embed quality at every stage of the software development lifecycle. Your work will involve programming, testing, and troubleshooting to deliver high-quality applications. You will lead technical discussions, champion code quality, security, and maintainability, and uphold industry best practices. You will chair TDD meetings to foster collaboration and drive change. Primary Responsibilities: Analyze requirements for clarity and testability. Collaborate on software architecture and test strategies. Present technical ideas and refactoring strategies. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in .NET languages. Develop, execute, and maintain automated tests. Validate and deploy applications ensuring quality. Refactor and debug code to meet standards. Implement continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines. Identify and mitigate quality risks. Maintain code quality metrics, including 80% code coverage and readability via SonarQube. Manage framework upgrades and security best practices. Document test plans, cases, and results throughout SDLC. Monitor test execution results to ensure alignment with business needs. Provide technical guidance on testing methodologies and tools. Lead TDD meetings to promote collaboration and improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience as a .NET Developer or SDET. Experience with testing frameworks like NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest. Understanding of ASP.NET, SQL Server, and MVC patterns. Proficiency in at least one .NET language (e.g., C#, VB.NET) and familiarity with HTML5/CSS3. Experience with API testing and REST/RPC APIs. Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Experience with automated UI testing tools like Selenium or Playwright. Proficiency with version control (Git) and test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Seniority level
