Site Manager for the Care Center is responsible for the daily operations and business functions of the Center. The Site Manager supervises the administrative support team, is the site leader between departments and administration, and fosters collaboration across all business units within the site. This includes overseeing the day to day site operations and patient and team member satisfaction, purchasing, and facility management. Clark Health and Wellness is a new state of the art medical facility that will provide high quality, convenient and easy access to all patient's health and wellness services under one roof. Offering access to urgent care, primary care physicians, specialty physicians, lab, and imaging services for patients in our communities.
HMH is seeking customer service oriented individuals to provide clinical and administrative care and to create the best possible patient experience. The Health and Wellness Center will be a multispecialty experience for our patients and team members. We are creating a team approach for the entire center where all resources will be shared.

*The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work at any of our practice locations (Freehold, Clark, Eatontown, Edison) and work varied and rotating days/evening and weekends schedules Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Associate's degree or higher in Business Management or related field or equivalent years of experience. 3-5 years experience in health care office administrative experience Minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience Exceptional organizational abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills Consistent professionalism in appearance and attitude. Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience with EPIC.
