$95,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr About the Role: Dashing Diva is seeking an exceedingly creative, passionate and hardworking Sr. Digital Designer. The Digital Designer is fully accountable for driving end to end creative design and execution for Dashing Diva, including development of 360 campaigns across multiple platforms to support overall brand strategy and product positioning. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a high volume, deadline-driven environment. Experience in fashion or beauty a plus. What You Will Do: Lead the concept, development, and execution of digital design across ecommerce platforms (PDP/PLP pages, Amazon, homepage, landing pages). Strategically shape brand visuals across email marketing, paid social/display ads, event assets, and interactive microsites. Serve as a design lead in 360° marketing campaigns, partnering closely with the Creative Director, Marketing, and Ecommerce teams. Own and elevate the creative process—from brief through execution—ensuring aesthetic consistency, excellence, and innovation. Represent design vision in cross-functional meetings and creative briefings. Collaborate with internal and external partners (including stylists, photographers, HMU artists, videographers) to produce compelling digital and social content. Co-lead planning and creative direction for seasonal photo and video shoots. Stay ahead of design trends, new tools, and digital platforms to bring fresh, future-forward thinking to the brand. Recommend best-in-class practices and optimize content for performance across all digital channels. What We’re Looking For: 7+ years of professional experience is required in a creative environment Bachelor’s degree in creative arts, graphic design or related field Drive for innovation and disruption with cosmetic, global and luxury mindset Awareness of emerging technologies and proactively seeks diversification of knowledge, skills and abilities Excellent written and verbal communications, strong presentation skills, ability to personally organize and set priorities Must be capable of handling numerous projects in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment Must be a responsible self-starter and be able to work with minimum supervision Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with eRetail vendor PDP page (e.g., Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Target Kiosk, Walmart SupplierOne, etc.) Exposure to eRetail media platforms (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Target Roundel, Walmart Connect) Experience working in fashion, beauty, or luxury brands. Project Management Tool (i.e. Monday.com) experience preferred Experience managing or mentoring junior designers or freelancers.
