Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. About The Role We are looking for a passionate Senior ETL Developer with expertise in SSIS and Azure Data tools. The ETL Developer will develop solutions for enterprise data warehousing (EDW), reporting, and business intelligence (SSIS/SSRS). Responsibilities include working with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, designing, coding, testing, and scheduling ETL programs to support data warehouse and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate should be familiar with data collection and visualization products, with hands-on experience in end-to-end development. Required skills: SSIS, SSRS, MS SQL. Highly preferred skills: Azure Data Factory, Power Automate, Azure SQL Database Services, Blob, Data Lake, Data Bricks. Please only apply if you possess these skills. What You Will Do Understand technical requirements and develop data models suitable for users and efficient for ETLs. Design and develop ETL workflows from heterogeneous data sources and dashboards for scalable analysis and reporting. Assist with impact analysis of upstream process changes on Data Warehouse and reporting systems. Support analysts with data queries and dashboard creation for business decision-making and performance monitoring. Write technical documentation including design specifications, data models, data flow diagrams, and support documents. Adhere to development standards, policies, and change management processes. Monitor ETL processes in production and troubleshoot issues as they arise. What You Will Need At least 7 years of experience in ETL SSIS/SSRS development; 2+ years with Azure Data Tools preferred. 2+ years in software application development or related IT fields. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Understanding of database management, OLAP, and ETL frameworks. Expertise in SSIS, SSRS, and MS SQL queries. Working knowledge of Power BI and Tableau. Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle is a plus. Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and team collaboration skills. Analytical problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
